Billing

OMS has knowledgeable billing specialists to help our clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding payment.

Although full payment is required within 25 days of service, clients who are interested in a payment arrangement are encouraged to contact our billing department promptly prior to the due date. Arrangements must be made within 15 days of invoice receipt. OMS retains the right to initiate third party collections (The Kaplan Group) for any unpaid debt for services rendered.

Payments shall be made in accordance to services provided pursuant to any agreement (verbal/email request/text/voicemail/etc). Payments shall be received no later than 25 days from the billing date indicated on the invoice (weekends and holidays included), or a late charge of 15% will be added to the total amount and every 15 days thereafter, until the entire amount is paid. All payments returned for insufficient funds will incur a $50.00 processing fee.

OnSite Medical Service, Inc currently accepts personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as methods of payment.

Cancellation of Services

Special Event Standby
24-hour notification of appointment cancellation or advanced notice of any changes to scheduled appointment times is required. All contracted services will be billed at the normal rate for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Clients who have cancelled but rescheduled for a later time/date within 24 hours of the scheduled event/course will be responsible for 25 percent (25%) of the original quoted base rate in addition to the cost of the rescheduled services rendered thereafter.
